payment
laidback london are pleased to accept all major credit cards. payment will be processed after the order is in stock and ready to be dispatched. cheques are also acceptable. made out to laidback apparel limited and sent out to our address which can be found on the contact page, they should be accompanied with the order details. be sure to include your address in full, a contact number, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number (switch/maestro only).

delivery
laidback london is pleased to offer royal mail standard first class (arrives within 1 to 3 working days) for all orders within the UK. Shipping to the US and EU will take between 5-10 working days and will cost £7.00 to the US and £5.00 to the EU. orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of having received the order payment subject to availability. laidback london will not be responsible for any delays due to unavailability of product and/or any unforeseen transit time.

returns and exchanges
laidback london will accept return or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. without exception, merchandise will be returned in its orginal packaging with any free promotional items.
all refunds and exchanges will be fulfilled once we are in receipt of the original merchandise. we ask you to bear the cost of shipping on returns.
